HelpLink – Self-paced, Online Training

HelpLink is our one-stop software training and help portal that covers every aspect of our software. HelpLink includes both written articles and recorded training videos – both from our weekly webinars as well as other specific to a particular software feature. In addition, we also feature additional foundational topics focused around the duties performed during the administration of bankruptcy cases which are perfect for new staff members as well as seasoned bankruptcy professionals looking to be more efficient.

HelpLink is available exclusively to BMS clients and is easily accessible through our software.

Melinda McLendon

Melinda McLendon joined BMS in 2015 in the role of Training Specialist. Melinda brings a wealth of bankruptcy case administration experience to her role at BMS. She’s worked with bankruptcy trustees in the Atlanta area since 1996 and used the CaseLink software platform since 2009.
