One Fan Shows How to Fully Utilize the BMS Advantage

Raving-Fan.267New Jersey Trustee, Bonnie Finkel, has learned what the BMS Advantage is all about. In running a solo office, with occasional part-time help, she finds the support she gets from BMS to be critical in her success. She comes to us with matters ranging from technical support, to practical advice on bankruptcy related administrative matters.

Bonnie’s needs are not so different from your own. When working on large cases involving hundreds of claims, she needs a responsive team by her side. Bonnie has found Renee Laws, BMS Account Manager, to be extremely helpful when cases like these arise. “Renee makes my job easier” says Bonnie, “She has helped me to prepare charts in CaseLink Office which allowed me to interpret data so that I made better claims distribution decisions in a complex case.” Renee has taken the time to understand Bonnie’s needs by not only helping her with software questions, but with advice and support in many areas of bankruptcy administration.

Bonnie has also noticed how well our teams work together. David Dare, BMS Field Technician, and Renee had some great suggestions for Bonnie on how she could improve her office efficiency. They not only made recommendations but helped her to set-up her work space making her a more efficient trustee. “I wouldn’t have thought to make the changes to my office that they suggested,” says Bonnie about her new layout. “The new set-up is great and I am able to get so much more done!”

In the ten years Bonnie has been with BMS, she has always appreciated “the way we go the extra mile” for her.
