Keep TDRs Accurate by Tracking Non-Dischargeable Debt

Non-dischargeable debt is debt that cannot be eliminated through the bankruptcy process and is still owed to creditors by the debtor. CaseLink Office and CaseLink Web both provide the flexibility to identify and account for non-dischargeable debt. By using this built-in capability, you avoid time-consuming workarounds and are assured that the Trustee Distribution Report (TDR) remains up-to-date and accurate.

In the non-dischargeable debt examples below, we’ll acquaint you with the various fields used in both of our case administration platforms to calculate the amount of claims discharged without payment.
