Fully Prepared: BMS Vault Now Available for all UST Regions Nationwide!

We are pleased to announce that BMS Vault, our secure, FedRAMP-compliant bank statement repository, is now available for all UST regions across the country!

This gold-star platform saves you time and effort as you no longer have to send monthly bank statements to your UST reviewer along with your TFRs or TDRs. Furthermore, there is nothing you have to do in order to have the statements for the estates that you administer placed on the BMS Vault – it’s automatic for all of our Chapter 7 clients in UST Regions! (Note: We’ll let clients in BA States know when BMS Vault is approved for use in your districts.)

UST Personnel Can Directly Access Bank Statements

With BMS Vault, UST personnel nationwide are now able to directly access Chapter 7 estate bank statements through this secure, FedRAMP-compliant platform – saving you both time and effort.

You No Longer Need to Send Paper Statements with TFRs or TDRs

Save time (and postage)! BMS Vault eliminates the need to send original bank statements when submitting your TFRs or TDRs to your UST for approval.

All Rabobank Monthly Statements (Since March 2013) are on BMS Vault

All bank statements for cases with accounts at Rabobank going as far back as March 2013 are accessible through BMS Vault.
*Note: You will still need to provide original bank statements for months prior to March 2013 and for accounts at banks that are not partnered with BMS.

No Need to Opt In – It’s Automatic!

BMS Vault is automatic for all BMS Chapter 7 clients (excluding BA states). You will only need to let your UST reviewer know in your transmittal email that they can now find the appropriate monthly bank statements on BMS Vault—and that’s it!
