Enhanced TrustWorks releasing Friday, October 11th

New Search capabilities and Redesigned Ledger Report

The BMS product team is very excited to announce some new enhancements to TrustWorks will be available with the release of the newest version starting on Friday, October 11th. In addition to new functionalities and upgraded features, several reported issues have been resolved in this release to help you be more efficient as you use TrustWorks.

Highlights Include:

  • Redesigned Ledger Report – The Ledger report has been reformatted and some column labels have been renamed in order to present this vital information in a clear, easy-to-understand format

Ledger Report

  • Upgraded Search capabilities – Although currently available, the search within the claims module has been upgraded to allow for free-form searching on any part of a name, transaction or other relevant data field.

Claims Search

  • Smarter Claims Sorting – Claims will now be sorted alphanumerically so that all claims are presented in a more intuitive order
  • Filter easily for Wire Transfers – Based on your feedback, we’ve added “wire only” to the list of categories within the ledger filter so you can now get a list of wire transfer transactions within any time period.

"Wire only" option added to the Transaction Type drop down to allow users to filter for wire transfer transactions.

  • Improved Deposit Slip Copies – Any copies of deposit slips will now print with a “Copy for Internal Records” watermark to ensure these are not confused with the originals that get sent to the bank.

Action Required

In order for BMS to perform the upgrade to TrustWorks Online, all users will need to be logged out of the system by 5:00 pm local time on Thursday, October 10, 2013.
