Easily Order Check and Deposit Stock through MyResources

BMS | Our CompanyDo you have a large distribution coming up or multiple deposits to make? Do you find yourself running low on check or deposit stocks? If the answer is yes, log into your MyResources account and order your supplies today!

You can order your Check Stock, Deposit Stock, MICR, Standard Toner Supplies and UPS Supplies all in one place. Follow the steps below to see how easy it is to order supplies through BMS.

Step 1: Log into MyResources.bms7.com and enter your User ID and Password to log into My Resources. If you do not know your information, click on the “I forgot my password” link to reset your password. Additionally, if you don’t have a MyResources account, click on the “Request new User ID” link to have a new account created.

Step 2: Once logged into MyResources, go to the sidebar on the left to locate Trustee Administration Supplies.

Step 3: Order Supplies. When you reach this screen, you have the ability to order Rabobank Check Stock and Deposit Stock directly from BMS. All you need to do is enter in your Contact Name, Contact Phone and check the boxes for Check or Deposit stock along with the quantity of packs needed.

Also listed on this page, per client requests, are additional vendors you may contact to order MICR/Toner supplies and UPS shipping materials. These services are not provided by BMS.

The MyResources BMS client portal also has a wealth of additional knowledge available to you including links to e-learning and training  as well as the functions to order the LCI Consumer Information Report (and find out the order status too). You can also find information about your Account Managers, the BMS Support Staff and Rabobank. Add MyResources to the favorites in your web browser so you always have BMS at your fingertips!
