Easily View Large Amounts of Case Data with Exports in CaseLink Web

If you are working on large cases that involve hundreds of claims, the ability to export and sort data is critical when trying to validate cases. CaseLink Web offers users numerous export options allowing you to view your data in Excel and CSV formats. Exporting cases into one of these formats allows you to easily search and sort through significant amounts of claims, assets and transaction data from your cases.

There are several ways to access export options within CaseLink Web. Check out the options below to see which one is right for you.

Option One: 341(a) Export

From the Global Tool Bar select 341(a) then 341(a) View from the drop down.

In the Case List – 341(a) screen, select Download Csv from the drop down menu located on the top right corner of the screen. This will export the selected cases for viewing outside of the CaseLink Web environment.

Option Two: Advanced Search Export

To the far right of the Global Tool Bar select the Advanced Search option. Select the fields necessary to search for the cases you want, then click Search.

A list of cases will populate under the Case task bar. At the bottom right of the screen you will see the option to Download results to CSV available in green. Select, in order to export the file.

Option Three: Auditor Tool Export

From the Global Tool Bar select Tools>Auditor>Auditor Tool.

Select the options necessary for the cases you want, continuing to Step 3 of 3.  Under Case View at the bottom right of the screen you will see the option Export to Excel available in green. Select, in order to export the file.

As you can see, exporting data out of CaseLink Office can provide convenient ways to use any queried data as a report. The exports are also a great way to provide third parties with the additional information they may need.
