Assets Now Added to the 341(a) View in CaseLink Web

Last month, we told you about the new Asset Verification Tool available with the latest update to CaseLink Web.

Based on requests from CaseLink Web users, we’ve introduced an Asset section to the 341(a) Meetings screen so that you can access this important information without needing to go back and forth between 341(a) meeting questions and the Assets screen as you’re conducting your 341(a) Meetings—a terrific timesaver!

Expand a row to add or review notes for any asset without having to click into each individual asset.

In addition, users can add notes to specific assets or browse existing notes by simply expanding the asset record on the 341(a) view – without ever having to click inside each asset. In this way, a user can see asset values as well as claimed exemptions and liens at a glance.

A connection to the Internet is required for a CaseLink Web user to see the assets on their 341(a) screen. The new asset section does not appear in the offline mode.

We’re very pleased to deliver this requested feature to you as it is intended to bring you greater efficiency as you conduct your 341(a) Meetings. Please continue to send any product enhancement requests for CaseLink Web to our Product Management team.
