The sun is shining and nature is blooming everywhere you look—so who wants to waste time puzzling over software questions? Get answers in a snap and see your productivity blossom with BMS Chat Support available in CaseLink Web and CaseLink Office.

It’s been almost a year since we introduced chat-based support as another option for getting the answers you need from the BMS Support Center. Since then, many BMS clients have used Live Chat support with great regard, especially since you can continue doing your work while getting support from BMS at the same time.

Live Chat support is available during the same hours as the BMS Support Center – 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET (5:00 am to 5:00 pm PT).

Step 1: Accessing Chat Support

Getting help from a BMS Customer Service Representative via chat is quick and easy!

CaseLink Web Users: 

Click on the “Chat Now” button in the bottom right corner of the screen in CaseLink Web.


CaseLink Office Users:

Click on the “Chat Support” option in the global quick link bar at the top of the screen in CaseLink Office. *Note: This may be located under a “More…” tab in your global quick link bar if your screen resolution is larger than is displayed in the screenshot below.


The Chat Support window will open in your default web browser. If you don’t see the window, please make sure to disable the pop-up blocker in your web browser so that the chat window can be displayed.

Step 2: Type Your Question

Once one of our Software Support Analysts gets notified of your chat request, the window will allow you to enter your message.


Type in your question and one of our Software Support Analysts will respond. It’s that simple!

Try chat the next time you need to contact BMS Support! If you are not totally convinced after you try Live Chat, you can always contact us by phone or email as well.
