Anthony Facciano Joins Bankruptcy Management Solutions (BMS) as Director

IRVINE, Calif., June 26, 2018 – Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. (BMS), a case-administration-software and depository-services provider serving the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy industries, announced that Anthony Facciano is joining the company as a director. In this role, Anthony is responsible for managing the needs of bankruptcy trustees and other fiduciaries while supporting the growth, onboarding, and account management of new client engagements.

Anthony has a proven track record, leveraging his significant expertise in both the consumer bankruptcy and corporate restructuring arena. Previously, he served as director of trustee and fiduciary services at Epiq Systems Inc. where he was responsible for market share growth. Prior to that, he held various roles across a wide range of industries, focusing on national client services and account management.

Actively involved in the bankruptcy community, Anthony is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the National Association of Business Trustees (NABT), the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER), and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
