Access Electronic Bank Statements and Check Images via TrustWorks and QuikDocs

At the start of each month, paper bank statements are mailed out to you from Rabobank. Did you know that you have the ability to access electronic statements and cancelled check images via your TrustWorks software? You will find these documents stored in QuikDocs where they are sorted and stored individually by case.

To find out how to access this valuable feature, follow the steps below:

1. Find the desired case in TrustWorks.
2. Select the QuikDocs link within the purple bar along the top of the screen:

3. In QuikDocs, all electronic documents sent to you by the bank can be viewed for a specific case.

4. Choose the appropriate item and view.

Electronic statements are distributed automatically each month. Cancelled check images arrive into QuikDocs in the order in which they are cleared through the bank.

If you do not see these bank documents present within QuikDocs folder, this feature has not yet been activated for your account. In order to authorize and activate this feature, please contact your Account Manager, Morgan Wisbey, at 800-634-7734 ext. 2200.
