BMS names Melinda Teter as Vice President of Client Services

Irvine, CA – BMS (Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc.), the leading provider of case administration software for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and corporate restructuring fiduciaries, today announced the promotion of Melinda Teter as Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Teter will lead all client-facing operations to ensure that BMS continues to lead the industry with best-in-class customer support and service.

Ms. Teter previously served as Director of Client Relations where she had responsibility over a national network of account managers. In her new role, her responsibilities will expand to include BMS’ industry-leading software, hardware and banking support centers. She joined BMS in 2004 as an account manager and had been instrumental in the development of the company’s next generation case administration software – CaseLink Web.
Prior to joining BMS, Ms. Teter worked as a paralegal and office manager for Checkett & Pauly, P.C. overseeing all aspects in the administration of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
