Irvine, CA – BMS (Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc.), the leading provider of case administration software for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and corporate restructuring fiduciaries, today announced the promotion of Brian Soper as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Soper has proven himself to be a well-respected professional within the industry.

Mr. Soper previously served as Director of Business Development where he had responsibility over a national team of account executives. In his new role, his responsibilities will expand to include expanding business opportunities into related verticals. He joined BMS in 2010 as an account executive focusing on the Chapter 7 market and had been instrumental in the expansion of the company’s corporate restructuring business – especially with receivers and distribution agents.

Prior to joining BMS, Mr. Soper worked as a sales account manager for Zebra Technologies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business from North Central College.
