Software Support Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for a Software Support Analyst position with a background in technical support and customer service.

Position Summary

Work in a call center environment to resolve client needs with proprietary and periphery software. Diagnose and resolve issues over the phone and via remote connectivity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Effectively respond to and resolve client reported issues for the BMS proprietary software applications.
  • Take incoming calls from clients as well as work tickets in the queue.
  • Track and document all calls taken in our CRM system, maintaining constant contact with client until issues are resolved.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field preferred (minimum Associate’s degree)
  • 3-5 years of experience within call center environments
  • Proven experience learning and supporting proprietary applications
  • Proven technical aptitude
  • Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of WordPerfect a plus
  • Knowledge of US bankruptcy system and case administration process a plus
